A Low-Latency Interference Coordinated Routing for Wireless Multi-Hop Networks

چکیده

Recently, there has been an increasing interest in exploiting interference cancelation to support multiple adjacent concurrent transmissions instead of avoiding through scheduling. In line with these efforts, this paper propose coordinated routing (ICR) scheme for wireless multi-hop networks achieve more transmission concurrence, and thus lower the end-to-end delay. The proposed ICR firstly constructs initial path by interference-aware algorithm, which captures latency spatial resource cost as metrics. Then, analyze feasibility a given link set, we consider coordination formulate links linear programming (LP) problem. solution LP problem indicates power allocation. Finally, distributed guard zone based selection (GBS) algorithm is further iteratively explore maximum feasible set each time slot. selected are simultaneously active packet allocated current slot, remaining will be put off next. Simulation results confirm that reduces delay 9.16% 73.82%, promotes better concurrence compared existing schemes.

Interference-Aware and Cluster Based Multicast Routing in Multi-Radio Multi-Channel Wireless Mesh Networks

Multicast routing is one of the most important services in Multi Radio Multi Channel (MRMC) Wireless Mesh Networks (WMN). Multicast routing performance in WMNs could be improved by choosing the best routes and the routes that have minimum interference to reach multicast receivers. In this paper we want to address the multicast routing problem for a given channel assignment in WMNs. The channels...

Interference avoidance in wireless multi-hop networks

1 Motivation Wireless networks share the same unlicensed parts of the radio spectrum with devices of various types. For examples, cordless phones, wireless sensor networks, Bluetooth and microwave ovens can all access frequencies around 2.4 GHz. As a result, wireless networks operating near these devices are very likely to encounter interference from them. Since most of these devices do not kno...

Multi-Hop Routing in Covert Wireless Networks

In covert communication, Alice tries to communicate with Bob without being detected by a warden Willie. When the distance between Alice and Bob becomes large compared to the distance between Alice and Willie(s), the performance of covert communication will be degraded. In this case, multi-hop message transmission via intermediate relays can help to improve performance. Hence, in this work multi...

Secure Routing in Multi-hop Wireless Networks

Routing is a fundamental networking function in every communication system, and multihop wireless networks are no exceptions. Attacking the routing service, an adversary can easily paralyse the operation of an entire network. Compared to traditional wired networks, such attacks can be performed relatively easily in wireless networks due to the unsupervised access to the wireless medium. The mal...
